Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Velumi account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

1 Open the Velumi app and go to the Profile tab.

2 Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

3 Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.

Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@velumi.ai from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be erased, including skin scan history, routines, preferences, and chat history.

What Data Gets Deleted

Your profile information (name, email)
All skin scan results and history
Personalized routines and preferences
Chat history with Lumi
Product recommendations and saved items
Push notification tokens

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement purposes.
