Personal Information: Name, email address, age, gender, and skin concerns you choose to share when creating your account.
Skin Analysis Data: With your explicit consent, our AI analyzes photos of your skin to provide personalized recommendations. Images are processed securely and are never shared with third parties.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting.
Location Data: With your permission, approximate location to provide weather-based skincare recommendations. You can disable this in your device settings.
Camera Access: With your permission, camera access for skin analysis photos. Photos are only captured when you explicitly initiate a scan.

Velumi is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of skin analysis. Velumi is not a medical device or substitute for professional care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
You agree to indemnify Velumi from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Velumi participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Product recommendations are based on your skin analysis, not commission rates.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes resolved through SIAC arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
